Climate control solutions "Idroclima"
“Idroclima” is a simple and complete climate system, designed to control all the climatic greenhouse parameters of your greenhouse. Modular and expandable, it is the perfect choice for every environment, glass or plastic greenhouse.
“IDROCLIMA” MANAGES THE FOLLOWING PROCESSES:
- Ventilation control (the Idro CM / 9 controls unit connected to the network).
- Shading control (the Idro CM / 9 controls unit connected to the network)
- Ground heating control (integrated)
- Overhead heating control (integrated)
- Cooling control (integrated)
- Artificial light control (integrated)
- Humidity control (integrated)
- Irrigation (through sectors expansion)
IDRO CM/9 UNIT
Each ventilation motor and every screen system are controlled by an Idro CM/9 (1) unit that can control up to two utilities. The central hydroclimate unit and the various peripherical units Idro CM/9 communicate with each other through a serial network (RS485).
Every CM/9 hydro, which, as previously mentioned, can accommodate up to two motor controls (drive 1 and drive 2 fully programmable), has a possibility to open/close or stop manually the designated utility. As soon as the Auto key is pressed, the user will automatically return to the position required by climate control computer.
WITH EVERY IDRO CM/9 CAN BE CONNECTED:
- Open / close invertor
- Maximum opening limit switch
- Minimum opening limit switch
- Inputs for thermal motor alarm
- RS485 network connection
WEATHER STATION (ONE UNIT FOR ALL SYSTEM ENVIRONMENTS)
The weather statin acquires the external climatic parameters and processes them in the real time using the Idroclima climate computers connected to the network. It includes the following sensors:
- Wind sensor (direction and intensity)
- Rain sensor
- Brightness sensor
- External temperature sensor
TELEMATIC NETWORK:
All the environments are connected in parallel to an RS485 telematic network and they all are interconnected, including the weather station. The weather data are available to the all IdroClima CM/9 installed.
IDROLINK SOFTWARE FOR PC:
The management controll involves the installation on a PC the Windows Basic and the Idrolink software, with which it will be possible to view, memorize and modify the climatic data of each single IdroClima unit:
- Alarm management: settings and verification.
- Utilities management: settings and verification.
- Climate parameters management: display and storage.
- Weather parameters management: display and storage.
