Vertical farming is the practice of growing high-quality indoor crops in vertically stacked layers incorporating technology and low environmental impact.
Idroterm Serre is recently working on many new vertical farming innovating projects.
With our long experience in the protected crops cultivation we supply benches, containers, irrigation systems, fertigation systems, sterilization and disinfection systems as same as climate control, logistic and automatic management.
It uses various sustainability features to offset the energy cost of farming. In fact, vertical farming permits to have fresh crops using less water, reducing impact of transportation and distribution.
We offer turnkey projects completed with climate rooms and LED illumination in cooperation with our technical partners.
